Are you interested in the secrets of truffles? Now is the chance to get to know truffles in all aspects, in theory, and in practice. First, we will go hunting, we will meet a truffle hunter with a dog, collect truffles together, and then we will cook typical Istrian pasta fuži with truffles after the old family recipe. Enjoyment with this extraordinary culinary delicacy will be rounded off with the selected wine of the local winemaker and the day will be … perfect.

 

The excursion is suitable as a half day or full day trip through Istria, individually, for closed groups or families with children. We can add lunch, additional tastings (olive oil, wine, seasonal fruits or seasonal herbs) or customise the content for a teambuilding event.
